AIU Alumni night featuring 2 little mammas

I graduated from American Intercontinental University in 2005. This summer the school decided to put on a presentation showing AUI alumni and what they are doing now. I was invited to share our 2 little mammas products. It was great to catch up with my teachers and to show off what I have been doing. The best part was showing the magazine along with it!

every summer returns i get nautical fever; there is no better time to wear red white and blue. this color combonation is classic and is never out of date or awkward when the sun is shining and the tempure is rising don't you agree?

i found the perfect retro red white and blue dress for one of my little one and it quickly became my favorite dress to put her in for church. what's a dress without a hair accessory right? how fun is it to have a hair accessory that you can alternate wearing with you daughter? classic enough for the both of you is just my style.

We are so excited to share our new labels with you! While visiting with boutiques we came to the conclusion that we seriously needed some packaging and labels for our products. It didn't take long to find the perfect person to help us, Nate the great! We now have awesome labels for our baby bundle, let's do lunch bag , and the CARe SEAT. Here is a peak at the new creation!

if you have ever wondered about the size of the flowers on the clips or headbands that 2littlemammas makes i wanted to let you know that they are much smaller then you probably think. we have not yet perfected our picture taking skills so from now on i will had a picture of the measurement with each flower that i make.

i love, love, love these different colored flowers in the middle! it makes the design as a whole pop, perfect for spring!

i couldn't wait any longer, i had to get clips in fun spring colors. i've been trying to be patient about waiting to put my little ones in short sleeved shirts, flip flops, and hair up in pony tails. i waited and waited and the first warm day although we have had to many in a row yet i made my own little spring bloom. i think this may be one of my favorites yet. on a clip or a headband i love the way it screams spring!

It is a new year, and it is time to start sharing our new items with you!

A few months ago I was frustrated with the towel that we had under the baby car seat and how it was to thick and ugly. There has got to be a better option, I thought. Later that day the idea came to me. I need to make a mat to go under the car seat in a fabulous fabric that also had other conveniences. I decided that it needed 3 large pockets that can hold baby/ child essentials, like extra diapers, a change of clothes, extra pacifiers and the such. I also hate finding sour sippies in the car, so I made a loop on each side of the pad to attach toys, or a strap that holds the sippie so it won't get lost. The sippie strap can be removed to change what side you want it on, or you can strap it to the stroller when you are on the go.

I had the chance to share this all in one car seat pad to a great boutique yesterday, and they loved it! I feel a new gotta have it item coming on ladies. Just think, this can be used from birth until they are out of the car seat. When the child is old enough they can decide what they want to store in the 3 pockets like books, crayons, and all of the other crazy things we know our children drag out to the car when we aren't looking.

The Holidays are on my mind. I've been hard at work on some new designs, some holiday, some not. I can't wait to get these cute clips in the hair with cooridnating outfits for my little ones! I love this time of year because it's sentimental for us 2 little mammas (our anniversaries are less than a week apart.), and because it's a time to dress to impress, and I think these clips will be the perfect finishing touch.

We are so excited to announce that the baby bundle is now patent pending!

I was inspired to create the perfect baby wipes/ diaper holder after my Addison was born in June of 2007. Soon after bringing the perfect baby home I started carrying her diapers and wipes in a Ziploc bag in my purse. UGLY! Buffy had been telling me about people who were selling the decorated hard cover wipes, but that was not going to work for me, I never did like those card covers. We decided that I could come up with something better. I liked the Huggies soft cover wipes and that was where I began. I made up my first baby bundle for me and I loved it. I gave one as a gift at a baby shower and the crowd went WILD, talk of selling in boutiques and patents were coming from all directions. I knew then that that I had something great. I love how easily the bundle fits in the palm of my hand! I love how it holds up to 4 diapers at once, at any size! And last but not least I love the fun fabrics, so much cooler than a Ziploc bag!

Now I want to know what you like most about the bundle. One patent pending number and two boutiques later I know you will find something you love about the bundle too!

best said from my daughter "that's fancy". it was love at first sight after i had it all cut and put together, sarah (the other little mamma) helped with the finishing touches, three pearls instead of one and added a second layer, what would i do with out her? where the inspiration came from? an amazing sundress that my little one had with flowers in the design i couldn't live without!

can't resist wearing this one myself every chance i get!

This turned out just like I wanted! Something out of the ordinary. Perfect for those of us who have to have the same color in our hair accessories as the clothes we're wearing. So much love for this piece, it takes time to create but well worth it in my book.

Miss America. We wanted a top for even the littlest Miss America. I love that the free hand stitching on the tops gives each one it's individual look. My husband came up with the saying on this top, he did an excellent job. Complimants everywhere we go.

I was really wanted a clip for a little girl to wear in her hair; something that was a little more mature. This clip could not scream, "My Mom still hasn't updated my hair accessories sience I was 6 months old." I wanted very clean lines, and a simple over all look with colors that popped! This is how my vision turned out. A perfect solution to the sometimes over glamorized puffy ribbon clips and bows we often see. What i like most about the design is that the flower is almost hidden between the circles. The best part, my growing little girl loves it just as much as i do!

I love the vintage look! i love turning old styles into something my own. This is the first post that I have done to show what I bring to the table for 2littlemammas so i decided that i will start with my favorite.

There is something to be said about the bow, I love bows! I don't like bows that are made from ribbon and have countless loops my passion and love lies with the classic bow. It has such simple clean lines and I believe that the bow brings beauty and femininity to it's surroundings.

My love for the bow and my obsession with things of the vintage taste inspired me to create the perfect bow hair accessory, it can dress up my little one in jeans and a shirt, or be the finishing touch to her Sunday best. It's a catch all, don't you think?
